The Creative Health programme is the core of Orb’s offer. It offers an inspiring programme of wide-ranging group and 1:1 creative opportunities for anyone (18+) wanting to explore the power of creativity to improve their mental health and wellbeing, develop skills, and shape more culturally inclusive, resilient, and vibrant communities. The majority of our services remain free at point of access.
The programme is curated by a team of Creative Wellbeing Facilitators, supported by sessional artists and creators, and regularly delivered in partnership with other community or cultural providers, so participants benefit from as wide a range of expertise and resources as possible. Activities can include:
- Creative 1-1 activities

- Learning courses in creative activity
- Learning courses in personal development, volunteering and work skills in wellbeing focused creative environments
- Performances, exhibitions, broadcasts, and publications internally and in community and partners organisation venues and locations

It also supports people to move onto our Progression Support when appropriate.
